Man Made Waterfalls

One thing I am quite impressed by America is their ability to invest, work hard and create things they want. For example Texas is mostly flat state but in this place the city government and non-profits have gotten together and created waterfalls in various places. These features add beauty and provide a change of scene for visitors and residents alike.

One could dismiss these creations as "Oh! they have money" but it is not just that. One needs to have the right attitude and a desire to make their surroundings beautiful only then such creations result.
