This year's winter started out tepid and no freezing temperatures till yesterday. The drought has dried up lands across the state of Texas and its impact can be seen in the countryside. Luckily for the state this christmas was white... there was several inches of snow that forced me to stay at home and post blogs,
As I look out of my apartment window I can see everything covered in a swathe of white. Cars appear like window less white objects. Some vehicles that were driven yesterday have their wind shields cleared. Others are simply covered by snow and remain hibernating.
