I captured this image when I visited Lake Mineral Wells State Park, Texas. I liked the contrast the small insect created against the bright green leaves. It is interesting how even the smallest insect has its place in this universe. There are several such small insects that have endured millions of years while large mammals like dinosaurs have just vanished. Truly a wonder of nature and adaptability.
