Views of Mysore and Nanjangud

I recently had the opportunity to visit the ancient Nanjundeswara temple at Nanjangud, Karnataka, India. The temple was undergoing renovation and hence looks a little odd, with newly painted upper part and ramshackle lower portion. Nevertheless the temple presents an impressive vista and evokes devotion and respect from the devout visitors.
