Chef's speciality: Flying Roti's

I found this video quite by accident on youtube. The original poster of the video definitely has an eye for the unusual and can capture the moments in candid detail. It is amazing to note how the chef in the video is making roti's/ parota's and throwing it to his colleague. The dough is still uncooked and quite fragile and definitely not firm enough to throw without finesse. I guess this guy would have become a celebrity cook if he were to be in the US or any western country. Back in India he is probably only a local celebrity...
