Lewisville City Hall

I recently drove past the city hall of Lewisville city. This is a small city, pretty much same as any other city in the US. The downtown is run down with few old buildings, narrow cobbled stone streets, very few businesses are surviving in this part of town. It is interesting that the city hall is maintained in an impeccable and impressive condition, colorfully painted building, manicured lawns, etc. I wish the city halls in India were as impressively built and maintained.
