Post-Tornado Hasslefree Roofing Repair

We in Texas are used to getting hit by tornadoes. It is common for someone in our immediate circle of family or friends to have their homes damaged, trees uprooted in their yard, or sometimes even roofs blown off. Believe it or not it happened to us last year. Luckily we were staying in an apartment that provided excellent maintenance services and they immediately called up a maintenance company who installed Metal Roofing and ensured our safety and comfort.

I had heard several horror stories about contractors who rebuild roofs and was naturally apprehensive. But the professional manner in which our Roofing Contractors presented themselves, executed the work and even cleaned up after they were finished left me flabbergasted. This was the first time I experienced such good customer care and fast, efficient, and on time completion of a major roof replacement.

Tornadoes are not the only problem with roofs, there is another more deadly problem, black mold. This is something that is very difficult to discover. Black mold can grow unnoticed for a long time and then it would be too late. The only option then will be to replace the roof. Hence it is very important to keep a watchful eye for Black Mold so we can take steps to get rid of it at the first signs.
